At first it seemed like a decent place to live until management told me my application was fraudulent which was prepared by their employee who was recently fired which had nothing to do with me they refuse to give me my deposit back when asked. Then the manager told me that parts of my application was thrown away which included the number of tenant's that occupied the apartment with me which seemed strange to me so I politely gave them the keys back and seeking help legal services to get my monies back.. Other than that it seems to be a good place to live..

I been living at lake towers since 2/20/20 an I love the property an the amenities, throughout the time I have been here I have seen a few management changes, I would like to let the property owners know that the manager we have now by the name of Brea is the best, I must say she have been doing a fantastic job of making sure our property an needs around our living place are taking care of, thanks Brea and lake towers for everything u do for us!!!!!!!!

Just moved here recently and have had a great experience so far. The apt is nice, everything works and updated appliances (stove, microwave, w/d) ac works well and nice carpet. The staff are very pleasant and ready to address any concerns. It's a 13 min walk to downtown which is great as an employee downtown. Feels safe and is quiet. Grounds are free of trash. Highly recommend for anyone new to the area!

Our experience so far has been great! My son is a LSU student and needed a place to live last minute. When we first contacted Lake Towers my husband spoke to Mary and she has been a blessing through the entire process right up to my son picking up his keys and moving in! Yes it’s not knew and was build many years ago BUT per my son it’s very roomy, clean and smells good! He has a great view and likes the location he is a few minutes away from campus. We were so nervous about renting sight unseen that was nerve racking BUT Mary insisted that the unit was nice and didn’t smell! She was correct! My sons only complaint a week later is the elevator is slow so if that’s the worse thing thus far we will be good for 12months.

I submitted an inquiry online. And had the good fortune of having Iris respond to my inquiry. From the onset she professional, but also cheerful. She asked a few questions and then invited me to tour the property. I agreed and also received a follow up email to confirm. After meeting in person I was even more impressed. She took me to view the available property and then allowed me to tour the model. This was a big help in seeing furniture placement and proportions. She also made the application process painless. Iris is a wonderful lady to speak with, she alone makes me want to live at Lake Towers Apts. add that with the beautiful views of the lake, I’m still shopping around and entertaining two other properties, but if the others can’t beat what lake towers offers. I’m definitely moving here. I added that last bit so you know this is not a paid or promotion given review. I’ve never lived at Lake towers... but I would.

Wow! I toured the property with Mary last week, and have been in contact with Iris this week during the application process. They are both extremely nice and helpful. I think the property is beautiful and the rates are great right now!! Well kept from what I could see and inside the apartment was so quiet, which is crazy with it being next to the interstate. I feel like management is sometimes overlooked, but to me, it's one of the most important factors when looking at a place to rent. I appreciate Mary + Iris for answering my questions honestly and walking me through the application process. I can tell they take pride in their jobs/the property.
