I moved to Lakes of Chateau South from out of state, the ladies in the office; Stephanie, Shelly and Nadia did an outstanding job of getting me into my new home. Everything went quickly and smoothly. Because I lived out of state, I didn't have the luxury of doing a walk through of my one bedroom until I was actually moving in. I was pleasantly suprised with how much space there is and how clean it is. The grounds of this gated community are well landscaped and manicured. Also a big shout out to Haley for helping me get my online payments set up!

Misty and her staff at the Lakes of Chateau South were amazing to deal with while we were relocated from our home due to hurricane Ida. If we ever had an issue while staying in the apartment community they were very swift to deal with it. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful and the other residents were nice. I would recommend the Lakes of Chateau South if you are ever searching for an apartment.

My husband and I walked in the Kenner office 5 minutes before closing time. We were expecting to be rushed out but it was totally the opposite of what we expected. The ladies were very inviting and very helpful with our requests. The fact that they followed up everyday until we were approved spoke volumes and we are forever grateful.
