Nice, Quiet Apartment Run By Exceptional Staff! Our apartment is located in a nice part of town. On any given Friday/Saturday night or holiday, it is always nice and quiet. The young ladies that run the office couldn't be sweeter or more professional. Any time there has been a problem (rare as it is), they have always been exceptional about taking care of it in a timely fashion. Couldn't be happier here!

The community is quiet and the office staff is friendly... The appearance of the complex is neat and clean... BUT the only issue I have with the complex is MAINTENANCE doesn’t properly take care of issues around the apartment... This is the 3rd consecutive week I’ve placed a work order for air conditioning unit... Maintenance would come in and put Freon in the unit and it will blow cool air for a few days then I’m back suffering from the same issues that I originally had!!! If it wasn’t for those issues, I would have a great living experience...

I have live at The Crossing for a little under a year and I love it. The apartments are very spacious and love the two br roommate apartment with two full baths. I live right next to the pool which is never crowded. The people in the office are always pleasant and helpful. My neighbors are quiet and nice when we have to interact. I love it here! The only thing I would change is a bigger packing lot. If you arrive home later then 10:00pm or 11:00pm expect to have no where to park.

Met with Rihanna this morning to view an apartment for my mom. Rihanna was kind and very genuine! She answered all our questions thoroughly. We have been searching for an apartment for a few weeks and have looked at many, we will probably not be renting because there is no porch, but that was my fault for not checking beforehand.
