The place was very cleaned and pretty. Tiffany is the manager assistant and she assisted me. She was so professional and welcoming. She made me feel comfortable to ask questions I felt at home right away. Also her manager took her time with me and I appreciated how welcome and friendly she was as well. Thank you lady’s. :)

Rental property is really specious, clean and comfy. Both Letecha and Chery in the leasing office were awesome and helpful. I can’t wait to move my mom in to this property .

I enjoyed staying at Windmill Creek South Apartment. The staffs were so nice and helpful. It was a very safe area while I was there, and I did not have any problems finding a parking space. Mainly, the people who worked and stayed there were so wonderful.

I've lived there for almost 18yrs and I have lived in a variety of cities (inside and outside of the USA) and I can say without hesitation Windmill Creek South Apartments is the best place I have ever lived. The staff is courteous and professional, the maintenance staff is friendly and quick to respond to maintenence issues. The grounds are kept clean daily. The apartment living environment is peaceful and friendly. It has been a joy for me to live there and I would recommend Windmill Creek Apartments to family and friends.

This is a quiet and good place. Good neighbors, and pretty safe. Staff was curteous. A little ways from New Orleans, but fits inbetween Metairie & Kenner. Need some renovations at some point.

My boyfriend and I have been living her since June 2015. The exterior landscaping is serene, peaceful and inviting. The staff is friendly and helpful. The apartment layouts are comfortable and spacious. Overall, Windmill Creek North is a great place to live.

Windmill Creek South is a very nice play to stay. The staff are professional and very helpful. The location is great with quick access to the interstate along with the shopping and food nearby. The community is beautifully landscaped and well kept. The rooms are spacious and the built in washer/dryers are a big plus. Maintenance responds promptly to any problems that come about.

I moved to Louisiana in Feb. with my wife and 2 girls and we went to inquire about the apartments here. The staff were very helpful, and had a great move in ready 2 bed. My family loved it the first time we saw it. Updated appliances, High vaulted ceilings and most importantly a washer/dryer in the apartment. We have not had any problems and if anything needs fixed the maintenance guys are very professional and quickly resolves even the simplest issues like baked up sink, or toilet. The only complaint I had was I could hear or neighbors arguing and fighting a few times but besides that I have nothing bad to say about the apartments period. If you are looking for a great place to call home Windmill Creek is the place to come. Love the landscaping, the pool area is amazing with a grill on site, close to interstate and shopping and they have gated entrances in every way possible. In short windmill creek is totally awesome dude! :)

I originally lived here for 6 yrs in the 90's and it was always pleasant, nice pool, they had a weight room where the office is now, I did have my car stolen from the parking lot in 1992 but that's the only crime I've personally experienced. I moved back in 2006 and it's been very peasant again, prompt maintenance, etc, but I do wish they would get rid of all those useless non-locking gates in the interior of the property on the stairwells and in the hallways. I can understand the locking gates around the exterior but these just make it needlessly very difficult to get in and out with groceries etc. Many times I've nearly injured my shoulder trying to open all those gates with my hands full. But other than that I don't have any complaints.

I moved into windmill creek south last year. I love the area, it's convenient to the main highways, and stores. The property is beautiful and always kept up to date. The gardening is attractive and nice. The property crew and office staff are friendly, professional, and organized. The maintenance crew is awesome. They fixed things quick and professionally. They always inform the problem and how to keep it from reoccurring. The apartments are clean and they don't have a pest problem. The pest control man sprays every month and they always leave a note card letting you know they have sprayed. I love this cleanliness of the property and how safe the gated community make you feel. I recommend this place to all!

Windmill Creek South is a joy to live at. Very nice pool area. Beautiful landscapes. The apartments are spacious and affordable. Close to the interstate and various businesses. In-unit washer and dryer. I'm happy that I call Windmill Creek South my home.

Windmill Creek is a great complex. Very friendly and helpful staff, great maintenance team, clean grounds. I've lived there for many years. They have recently made lots of upgrades, also they are very close to Vet's. Blvd. shopping, restaurants, bars, and nearby to Lafreniere Park.
