this is a nice place to live. I would advise to avoid downstairs apts. The staff is helpful and effecient. the maintenence crew are always there to help.

This is my second go around with the Arbor Gate community. Office manager (Tammy) has ALWAYS been very helpful and welcoming. She has gone above and beyond helping myself and my family get adjusted and comfortable. She was one of the reasons why I returned. Thank you Tammy! GC

Arbor Gate Apt review I’ve only lived here at Arbor Gate Apts since moving to the Slidell LA area for work. Management here does a great job of serving the community. Moved in two years ago and have not considered moving.

I am enjoying apartment life again here at Arbor Gate. I feel safe especially at night with it being a gated community. There is around 16 acres of beautiful landscaping to walk with my dog and it is always clean because dog owners do clean up. It doesn’t feel like your in the center of town. I’ve only had one maintenance issue I found during the first day and it was fixed immediately. The office manager is very efficient, friendly, and informative. She has been very helpful and understanding. The maintenance man is friendly and very helpful as well. I have been very busy with my work since moving here and haven’t had the opportunity to use the workout center but I’m looking forward to it very soon. The pool is beautiful and I can’t wait to get to use it

Great staff on location that are always helpful. I’ve been here for about a year and a half and have enjoyed it. Anytime there is an issue with the apartment it is quickly taken care of. The apartments are nice and not expensive. It is very peaceful here also. Great place for a family. The only complaint my kids have is the the pool isn’t open long enough. They recommend March till October and from 8am to 10pm during the summer break.

I've lived here for almost 6 months, and I love it. Its quiet and well kept, and the repair crew is top notch. Not to mention the front office staff are always so nice and helpful. On top of that, its literally just a short walk to the nearby grocery store and the rest of the city is within a 5 minute drive from Arbor Gate, even getting to the Walmart or going downtown. Since its gated off, it also feels very safe, and I've not seen any incidents since coming here.

I've lived at Arbor Gates Apartments for over a year now. The rent is reasonable and maintenance is always quick to respond if there are any issues. The pool and gym are kept clean, and the neighbors are quiet .What really makes this place shine is the customer service. The front office is always cheerful and has an answer to whatever question you may ask concerning the apartments. They go out of their way to help in any way they can, including checking on your apartment while you are gone on long trips. Thank you!

Arbor gate (CSI) I loved living here, it was my first and only place I lived in Mississippi after moving from Michigan. I always looked out for my neighbors.. made friends with all the kids and their families. It’s sad to have to move, but I would definitely recommend this place.
