1 Pet (41-65 pounds): $500 deposit, $100 non-refundable, plus $15/month pet rent.
2 Pets (Maximum total weight, of both pets combined, 65 pounds): $800 deposit, $100 non-refundable, plus $25/month pet rent.
Restricted dog breeds include any dogs which are partial, or full, Pit Bull, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, English Bull Terrier, Chow Chow, Rottweiler, Doberman, Alaskan Malamutes, Huskies, Presa Canario, Saint Bernard, Great Dane, Akita, Rhodesian Ridgeback, German Sheppard, Bluetick Coonhound, Catahoula Hound or Boxer. 1st Lake reserves the right to restrict any other breed or animal.

Office staff is great and very helpful and complex is SUPER dog friendly - though more updates on maintenance requests would be awesome. Grounds outside are nice but there are a lot of little things that could be done to make this a true apartment Thankyou for everything Mrs. iris
