This apartment complex is excellent and is in a great location! It is close to all kinds of stores, restaurants and even public schools from elementary to high school. Beautiful area!!

Staff is friendly and responds quickly to repair requests. However, they don't keep you updated when you report repairs that take longer than one visit. Also, all apartments have a wall in the entrance that can make moving in furniture difficult.

I live in Turtle Creek ll. The grounds are not as nice as the ones at the main complex, but they are kept clean and neat. I smell cigarette smoke in my closet and bathroom, which permeates my clothes. Other than that, I have no complaints. Rental office is friendly and efficient. The staff has always been very helpful.

I have heard from many that this is the best place to live. I can not wait to become a resident at Turtle Creek. I have visited the property and was super impressed with appearance , cleanliness and friendly smiles from the leasing consultant , maintenance fella and a few of the tenants. Definitely had a safe calm relaxing feeling within no minutes of my visit...looking forward to being a part of this friendly environment.

I love living at Turtle Creek Apartments. They have a washer & dryer in every apartment which makes life a whole lot easier. The apartments have allot of closet space and are bigger than most apartments. The grounds have beautiful landscaping. Maintenance calls are taking care of quickly. The people in the office are always very helpful and nice.

I've lived at Turtle Creek for 11 years in a one-bedroom apartment. The office and maintenance staff is courteous and helpful. The grounds are well-maintained— except that too many tenants have a habit of throwing their trash AT the dumpster instead of IN the dumpster. The dumpster is behind a fence so it's not visible from the street and not too much of an eyesore, but it's a pain having to wade through someone else's trash to throw away mine.

I have been living in Turtle Creek for about 5 months now and it has been a great experience so far! The entire staff is extremely friendly and all of my neighbors have been so welcoming! Turtle Creek does an excellent job at maintaining the grounds and the creek and pool always stay clean! Any time I have a problem someone is always out soon to help! Living in Turtle Creek has been a very pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend to friends and family!
