Such great service!! Emily at the front desk really welcomed me to the area. She really helped me find a place and get paper work moving quickly. I work for Buckle and I’m relocating with my promotion and had to move within a week. They were really on top of everything and adjusted to my moving needs. Laura in the leasing office has always had my back since day 1. The whole two years that I’ve lived here she would always listen to my problems and personally make sure they’re taken care of. She has never made me feel rushed and was genuine 100% of the time. Having someone like this in your corner has made living here so comfortable and easy. Please promote her and give her a raise.

Me and father lived here during the early 2000''s and after Katrina when our house was being fixed. It was quiet and there were always Saints, Brass, and Zephyrs players that lived around us. The pool was always clean year round. Good memories👍🏻

I've lived at Citrus Creek West for over a year now and am taking a job out of town. This has been a great experience from the start. Very professional and personable office managers here care about the resident experience and have been very responsive to my needs. In particular, I would single out Emily V. as the leasing agent who has done the most to shape my positive attitude towards CCW. Her enthusiasm and customer service skills have consistently exceeded my expectations. The landscaping is great and the little gym and track around the complex helped me save $ and give up my gym membership. Maintenance requests have been handled swiftly. I really liked my space and esp. the light in my 2nd floor apartment. This is the nicest apartment I've been lucky enough to score. I've also lived in 2 other 1st Lake properties in New Orleans and this one has been the best all around, hands down. Keep doing what you do. You will not regret checking out Citrus Creek West if you're in the market for a new place.

Emily in the leasing office will have you falling in love with this place. It’s gorgeous with updated granite and cabinets. But those old white appliances threw me off. There are detached garages available for lease. The gates stay closed which is great.

Customer Satification Tricia was a pleasant to work with. She did an amazing job ensuring I received everything I needed in an apartment. Even though she manages Citrus Creek East, she had the ladies hold the apartment while I decided which of the three I wanted since I lived out of state. She sent me updated photos and even made great last minute arranges to show me what the apartment looks like. The staff is friendly and thank to Tricia hassle free help in getting relocated over 1000 miles, I am more than happy to write this review especially since I deal with the public

Lovely place to live. The landscaping is beautiful and the apartments are so spacious. Plenty of storage space and open areas. Everyone that works here is so nice from the managers to the landscapers.

I have lived in Apartments, condos and single family homes in various neighborhoods throughout my life. They all have pros and cons. As for this complex, I can say this: The grounds are very well maintained. The maintenance staff, when required, are right there to perform repairs. Inspections, pest controls, fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, etc, are all checked on a routine basis. Parking is not a problem. The amenities are fine; swimming pool, gym and jogging path. And the office staff is very accommodating and professional. But what this place does that surprises me is bring the renters together through different social gatherings. Things like a Farmers' Market, Meet and Greets, Snoballs and sprinklers (during the heat of the summer) and Food Truck nights (at the entrance). There are no thugs walking the complex, no drugs, no loud music or midnight gatherings at the street corner. Police are very rarely, if ever, summoned for disturbances within the complex. This is a nice place to live and feel safe.

Wonderful Location and Amazing Grounds The complex has recently been renovated and updated with new security gates, etc. It is also within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, banks, etc. There is, actually, plenty of parking and you can feel safe using the jogging trail, pools etc. at night unlike many places in the city.
