I'm planning on moving in to this location soon and was very impressed by Danielle, the property manager. She was incredibly accommodating with her time to show me the available units and went out of her way to be helpful. I look forward to living in a spacious apartment with responsive management.

Kaitlyn (if she isn’t the Manager, she be the Regional Manager) was great! She didn’t have any units available at her property. She didn’t turn me away, like so many others had, instead she did research, which was very accommodating to my needs. She didn’t even know until the end of our conversation that I was from out of town and moving to the city with no knowledge of the town…And I thought that customers service was dead! So sad that I wasn’t able to rent from her property. She is a Delight to speak with, I can only imagine how she treats the residents. Promote this woman and give her a pay raise!

This is a great place to live. Dawn the manager was always helpful and made sure all of our needs were meet. Maintenance were on their job as far as making whatever repairs immediately never had to wait long. And the grounds are well kept. I'm so sorry I had to move out. However my stay was pleasurable. Thanks again Dawn!

I have been living at the Parktowne Apartments for a couple of months now and I can not properly express my happiness with my home here. This is a well managed and maintained place, which is very hard to find in New Orleans. The manager (Dawn) does an outstanding job as well as the maintenance supervisor (Frank). Our home is huge and has parking for two vehicles, we have a back yard that opens up to a large green area with a walking path, lots of trees and three swimming pools. It is a quite and clean environment. If you are lucky enough to be able to live here you will not regret it.

Parktowne apartments are fantastic! All the apartments are three bedroom duplexes and they are very spacious! The apartments circle the block and enclose a private park with walking paths, swings and three beautiful pools! The take dogs which was a must for us. The neighborhood is very convenient with easy access to Airline, Veterans, and I-10. Dawn in the office is caring and the staff who maintain the property are very prompt and courteous! A great place to live.
