1st Lake Properties is looking for a dedicated and driven salesperson to join our team of top-notch apartment industry professionals to help lease apartments and coordinate the apartment make-ready process at our conventional apartment community.
What you’ll be doing:
By showcasing your superb sales and customer service skills, you will help provide an exceptional living experience for our residents and aid in exceeding prospective residents’ expectations. You will:
- Have fun while learning all aspects of the multi-family housing industry
- Lease apartments to prospective residents and provide superior customer service
- Coordinate the apartment make-ready process
- Complete leases and related paperwork
- Actively participate in the marketing of the apartment community to attract new residents
- Work some weekends
What we’re looking for:
- Knack for addressing concerns of current residents in a friendly and professional manner
- Confidence to lease apartments at fair market value and close the sale
- Multi-tasking skill set to efficiently coordinate the apartment make-ready process

- Hourly pay with commissions earned as apartments are leased
