1st Lake Properties Inc., is looking for friendly, courteous and reliable individuals to maintain the winning curb appeal at our apartment communities in the Greater New Orleans area.
What you’ll be doing:
You will play an important role in helping to attract new residents to our apartment communities by keeping the grounds, buildings and pools neat, clean and tidy. You will:
- Keep the grounds free of trash and debris at all times
- Clean stairwells, landings and walkways, pool areas, mail areas, and gutters and drains
- Pressure washing buildings and walk ways
- Check lights and change bulbs
- Remove items from vacant apartments
- Required Skills
The most important skills and qualifications you can bring to the Grounds Maintenance position include:
- Ability and desire to work outdoors
- Attention to detail
- A roll up your sleeves and get it done mentality
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- We will train you on pool care procedures if necessary
