1st Lake Properties is looking for a dedicated and driven sales and accounting professional to help lease apartments at our apartment communities.
What you’ll be doing:
By showcasing your superb accounting and customer service skills, you will help to provide an exceptional living experience for our residents and aid in exceeding prospective residents’ expectations.
You will:
- Have fun while learning all aspects of the multi-family housing industry
- Collect and post rent, balance the rent roll, ensure balances are paid, and other accounting duties for the property
- Lease apartments to prospective residents and provide superior customer service
- Actively participate in the marketing of the apartment community to attract new residents
- Work some weekends
What we’re looking for:
- Knack for addressing concerns of current residents in a friendly and professional manner
- Confidence to lease apartments at fair market value and close the sale
- Prior accounting experience is preferred
- Prior property management experience is preferred
