Thank you to all team members who donated to our annual fundraiser. We collected $12,832.00 to share with the three charitable organizations our team members chose to support: Wounded Warriors, Second Harvest Food Bank, and Animal Rescue of New Orleans (ARNO). Due to your generosity, these non-profits will be able to assist people and pets in need within our communities.
Any team member who contributed $26 or more, will have their name entered in the drawing for one of 26 extra vacation days. Team members receive one entry for every $26 donated.
We’d like to congratulate everyone who had a position or property promotion at our communities in the 4th quarter of 2022.

We would like to thank everyone for working safely in 2022.
For those of you who are new with us and may be unfamiliar with our safety program, we have a system in place to recognize and reward all team members for working safely. Each eligible team member has the opportunity to earn 2 safety holidays each year, which is 2 paid days off from work, just for working safely.
We experienced 7 minor work-related injuries throughout the year. As a result of everyone’s continued dedication to safety, 478 safety holidays were earned. Great job everyone!
