Deposit $500 - $600

1 Pet (total maximum weight 65 pounds full grown): $200 deposit and a $300 non-refundable pet fee.

2 Pets (total maximum weight of both pets combined 65 pounds full grown): $200 deposit and a $400 non-refundable pet fee.

Restricted dog breeds include any dogs which are partial, or full, Pit Bull, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, English Bull Terrier, Chow Chow, Rottweiler, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Doberman, Alaskan Malamutes, Huskies, Presa Canario, Saint Bernard, Great Dane, Akita, German Shepherd or Boxer. 1st Lake reserves the right to restrict any other breed or animal.

You'll Love it Here! Just moved into Artesia after relocating from Ohio. The complex is beautiful and very well kept. All the amentities you could ever want. The apartments are beautiful and modern. Love that it's gated and secure. The staff is fantastic and so very nice. You'll never be sorry for moving into Artesia!

Relocated to Louisiana from Ohio and after looking at several apartment complexes, decided on Artesia. Artesia is a beautiful complex with all the amentities you could ever want. Love that its gated and secure. The apartments are beautiful and roomy with beautiful finishes. Large windows to allow all the beautiful Louisiana days in. The staff is fantastic and so very friendly. Absolutely love living here!

I moved to Artesia in April and I’ve enjoyed living here so far! The office staff is so nice and accommodating. I’m always greeted by name and with a smile and they always make sure to take care of anything I need right away. It’s also very quite and the grounds are always well kept. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an apartment in Covington.

Artesia is amazing. The finishes are beautiful and the apartments are very spacious and well designed. The apartments are also in a very good area regarding restaurants, things to do, and safety. But, I think what really makes these apartments stand out are the staff. Ive had a good experience with all of them, and they are very attentive and know their residents by name (something that I noticed when I first went to look at the apartments).

My family and I moved to Artesia in December. We were looking for a place that we could get in to before our sons 2nd birthday Christmas Eve Dec 24th 2018. We searched the NorthShore area looking for the best possible living conditions and amenities to suit all of our needs. In that search we included #1 -location Artesia is located right off the Pinnacle Parkway exit behind Mercedes Benz dealership 2 minutes access to go North south East and West 2 sominutes from shopping and restaurant, and 5 minutes to nearby daycare/school's check number 1. #2- unit space having picked the 2 bedroom on ground level it was perfect spacious bedrooms, gorgeous walk in closets in both, tubs and his and her sinks separate washing room, the kitchen dining and living very roomy and best of all high ceilings with large windows depicting a beautiful view it is perfect. #3- Amenities pool, gym, business office, community lobby and community lounges around pool with cabana's, gazebo situated next to a pond with view of woods, mail service, herb garden, outside barbeques, lawn care, trash service, I mean wow we love it and most importantly our son loves it he loves the pond and open garden to walk your dogs and the dog park they have onsite. Double check for this one. #4 - pricing some may feel it is priced higher then the other complexs in the area however you have to consider the number of amenities and the amount your saving by not having to go outside the complex to get it. The price is absolutely in line with the quality of life and ease of access you have to amenities. So after factoring all the points compared to other complexs we decided to go with Artesia and I have spoken to others who chose differently and we are inherently happy we chose Artesia. We love the community we live the staff the maintenance the quality of life and if you're out there looking for the best Artesia is definitely the way to go. If you are tired of “cookie cutter” style apartments with the same countertops, the same appliances, the same floor plans and the same promises that are never kept, then you need to come to Artesia!! This complex is a true breath of fresh air. The units are ultra modern and very spacious. The grounds are very adult and super manicured. The staff are very helpful and genuinely friendly.

I absolutely love these apartments! They are so beautiful and modern. There is nothing better than living in a beautiful home plus having the sweetest management staff in the front office. Before deciding to make Artesia our home we were looking at a few other places and stumbled upon Artesia and seen how amazing they were and then when we met the staff we were sold! Phil has actually been my prior property manager at my last apartment complex in Lafayette, so seeing him here it felt like fate for my boyfriend and I to live here because not only should the apartment be beautiful but the people running it should also be great too!Phil and Hillary always makes sure we are taken care of, thank you guys so much for your hard work!
