I love Bella Ridge South. I've been living here for over three years without any problems. It's peaceful. Plus, as someone who works from home, I enjoy working in the community office. The maintenance staff (Scotty and Luis) is also top-tier. The only minor gripe I have is that the third floor garage no longer has coverings, thanks to a hurricane that hit three years ago. I wish they'd fix that because I have to park on the second floor when it rains.

As a transplant from California to Louisiana, standards of living are important. We stayed at another 1st Lake property for a little over 7yrs then moved to Bella Ridge South (BRS). The team that embraced and facilitated our move to shifted during the pandemic however the current team resembles and builds on that initial teams’ commitment to SUPERIOR customer service. Madalyn is an ANGEL. Her commitment to ensuring that EVERY resident feels like this is home, is unbeatable. The support staff at BRS is by far my FAVORITE. Hands down Luis and his Krewe of “property preservers” are daily reminders that essential workers are essential to BRS and most importantly, to the residents. Every time is see a perspective “resident neighbor” receiving a tour, I yell- “moving here is the best decision you will make.” No matter if you are a parent (like us), graduate student, corporate professional or active military (like several of my our BRS Fam), this is a place that you can not only call home but be apart of a community of people like you who crave beauty, safety, peace of mind and neighborly respect. To the current leadership at Bella Ridge South- please hang in there. We need, deserve and want you here. And we thank you for all that you are doing to ensure that Bella Ridge South not only feels like home but is the epitome of home.

I searched around for many apartments trying to find something comfortable. Bella Ridge South was my pick. I’m happy with my new apartment. I have to say my leasing consultant Dottie P., was incredible. She went over and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. What an excellent consultant. Jessica was Exceptional! On a Saturday with 4 different groups needing her attention at the same time with Noone else to assist, she displayed every level of professionalism and provided outstanding customer service that represents this location very well. Luxury apartments speak for itself but the services she provided are hard to come by which completes this to be a 5 star rating in my book. I have had an extraordinarily great experience since moving in after Hurricane Ida! We moved in due to our home being heavily damaged. I have not lived in an apartment for over 35+ years! The staff here is so responsive and great to work with on any issue or request. The apartment is extremely clean and the grounds are nicely manicured and well kept. They have a lot of amenities for the residents to use. The manager and maintenance staff (Phil and Heather) are so very helpful and just plain nice people. They are knowledgeable and have quickly handled the few issues I have had since moving into the unit. They have made the transition from my home to an apartment more palatable. I would highly recommend this complex. 5+ stars!!!!

Bella Ridge South has been such a great experience from even before I moved in! As I was moving from a different state, Sherri has been extremely accommodating and made sure that my move-in process was as smooth as possible. By far the best place I have ever rented. Every amenity is clean and it is hard to find that in a pet friendly community. The dog park, gym and pool are AMAZING. Plus there is a modern office space if you want to study or work (the hot chocolate from the coffee machine is so good lol). Phil and Sherri in the office are so wonderful and helpful. The maintenance staff is always quick and kind. Love this place and all of our furry neighbors!
