Any time I need help, help is available. That includes changing lightbulbs in the ceiling since I am too old to do it myself. My air conditioner went out one evening. I called the emergency line the next morning and a couple hours later they find young man came and solve the problem. I really enjoy living in a place that has trees and lots of grass.

I've been here two years and made it home. The staff and community are very welcoming and friendly. Maintenance is always quick to answer, even when it's not quite an emergency. I had water from the kitchen to the front door, and Bob from Maintenance was at my door within 30 minutes. See photo.

We've had a terrific experience this year working with Brookstone to house some of our sales contractors. Through the whole process from start to finish, they've been great to work with. Christine in the office has been very helpful along the way too.

If you ever need a tour here ask for Nikki. I was able to tour an apartment on the fly instead of having to make an appointment and she was knowledgeable, friendly, and answered any question I had. I’d give 10 stars if I could!

I’ve been living at Brookstone for 3 years now. I have zero complaints. It’s super nice, clean, and quiet. The people in the front office go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of. The maintenance men are super friendly and fast when there is an issue to be handled. 10/10 recommend if you’re looking for a place.

I’ve been living in Brookstone Park Apartments for a little over half a year and I love it!! The staff is amazing and super helpful. The maintenance staff is great and always comes out fix any and all issues in a timely manner. The residents are really friendly. The community atmosphere is warm. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for an affordable and welcoming place to live.

Brookstone park apartments has been one of the greatest experiences I could imagine, Brookstone Park is my first time living on my own in a one bedroom and it’s a great experience, wonderful staff and maintenance who treat you whole heartedly, with a beautiful view of scenery on the property, landscaping, curb appeal, a wonderful pool and grill area, secure mailboxes, comfortable, homey living spaces. I know after being here for eight months that I’ve made a great decision and anyone else looking should too!

I moved to Brookstone Park based on a good recommendation from a longtime resident. After living here a year, I can now offer a good recommendation myself. The facility is quiet, safe, and has a nice pool and community area. The floor layouts are fairly generous and well laid out. There’s plenty of parking. I’ve found the neighbors friendly. And, it’s conveniently located with Rouses, Winn-Dixie, Target, Sam's, and several restaurants right down the road. In short, this is a nice, convenient place to live at a reasonable price.

Looking for an apartment well brookstone park apartments is the fit for you ! A beautiful gated community with a dog friendly park as well as a gated pool with an outside grill, looking for more fun we have a cozy lounge with a kitchen and games for you and your family and friends as well to relax while working out , playing pool , reading and so much more! I’ve been here for a year and I’ve had the best service everyone is so kind neighbors and staff as well as our maintenance crew who is always there for you when you need something fixed up and always keeping the property clean and looking good ! Great thanks to Mrs . Lynn and Mrs. Meghan Who is so kind and always putting something together in the front office! Definitely a 5 star :)

I’ve been living here for 7 years and Brookstone Park gets a 5 star rating. The grounds are always kept clean and inviting. This is a quit area, close to restaurants and shopping, centrally located and a great place to live. The management staff Lynn, Meghan and Nikki are very friendly and do an outstanding job of making you feel at home. The maintenance staff is also very friendly and always prompt in responding to any issues.
