⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I have been living in this apartment complex since June 2021, right when Hurricane Ida hit Louisiana. I stayed in my apartment during the storm, and I didn’t get any damage at all. That experience alone showed me how safe and solid these apartments truly are. The office manager Brandi and TJ from maintenance are always extremely helpful, kind, and quick to respond whenever I need something. The property is clean, peaceful, and full of good energy. My neighbors are friendly, respectful, and genuinely good people. I feel safe and happy living here, and I’m grateful to call this place home.

Miss Brandy for Canterbury Square, Apartments. She’s the best manager y’all ever had she take out the time. She walked out and check every apartment unit in here. She See what needs to be done in the apartments units and she get it done. Nobody that ever worked as a manager in these apartment complex since I have been living here, 16 years, plus never took the time to get nothing done. Nothing done to these apartments. but miss Brandy have and she just started over here and she’s doing better than all the rest ever done. and for Mr. TJ, he’s one of y’all best maintenance guys he walks the premises, making sure everything is all right with everybody units and even the grounds of the apartment complex he make sure it’s nice around here when he get the work order, he be on it right away and he get the job done. Well, I hope y’all treating the both of them well because you don’t get no workers on jobs like them anymore and like I said, I’ve been here a very long time and I have been unpleased until these two Stepped in on this property And they making it a whole lot different It’s alive these apartment complex finally the work that needed to be completed is getting the attention it been need need it for a while.

I been living here for a year now and will continue. I don’t have a car right now so everything is convenient for me around to walk to. Ashante has been nice and reasonable with me and we do like her. I see the cleaning guy all the time picking up trash and is friendly especially the maintenance guy. Love living here!!!!

Mrs. Williams, the property manager in the front office, was so extremely helpful when I called to tour. I was able to get a tour within 10 minutes of me calling her, and she was very welcoming and informative during the tour. They currently do not have availability, but I will definitely be checking often to try and secure a rental here. Very nice townhomes.

Lived here for 4 years and had minimal problems. Both Ms. Jessica and Ms. Ashante at the leasing office were courteous, helpful, and accommodating. Maintenance was timely if/when I needed it. Convenient location in Metairie too!

Ashante in the front officer was very helpful and accommodating. I was unable to lease due to units being 1.5 baths. If they only had 2 baths we would be living here because of her patients and professionalism. Such a jewel to have as an employee.

Canterbury Square is a quant community that blends in with the homes in the neighborhood. The units are very spacious and have great lighting. The units have so much character and are set up to invite individual taste to decorate to your liking. I enjoy meeting the new families and how everyone speaks. This is an excellent environment to be in if you are preparing for a family or already have one. The staff is excellent and ready to be of service in all areas! Janelle the property manager goes above and beyond for the residents! This is a great property!!

This is a great place to live! It is located within walking distance to a grocery store and a beautiful park, and is close to many shopping and great dining areas. The apartments are very "homey" and because they are townhouses it feels more like home living than apartment living. They are clean and very well-maintained. Any small issues that have come up were resolved quickly. The staff is readily available and always friendly and professional. I commute to the northshore and what I love is that the location is very convenient to easily access the main roads to New Oleans, Baton Rouge and the Northshore, but it is still a very quiet and safe neighboorhood. The pool is cleaned regularly and it is a great place to meet neighbors but there is plenty of time to also relax around the pool area or swim privately .The grounds include landscaping with flowering bushes and trees. It's very "hassle free" living here.

Canterbury Square Townhouse's are a great place to call home. very safe and secure. The rooms are big theres a walk-in closet in the master theres washer -dryer in all, selp cleaning oven, ice makers very big porch. Been here 3 yrs and no problems the staff miss Tricia and mr Rorey are very nice and easy to get a long with.very professional.I have a lot of respect for the both of them. Keep up the good work.

By far the greatest apartment my hubby and I have ever lived in. The environment is nice, and it's close to many stores, AMC, etc. The staff here are helpful and profession. And they send us cute holiday greeting cards which is very sweet.

I absolutely enjoy living here. My kids and I enjoy the pool during the summer time. Tricia and Rorey(Maintenance) are awesome.
