My experience with Clearwater Creek management office staff, Kenny, Julia, and new manager Olivia, has been very good. Kenny is the leasing agent who I met initially. He is always very friendly, engaging and professional. The apt Kenny found for me had plenty of space and ample closets for this size apartment in this price range. Full size washer and dryer included, in a separate laundry space, as well. There are security gates at both entrances, and a dedicated security system for the apartment itself. Grounds are well lit and maintained, with landscape maintenance there weekly. There is also a pool, and fitness center on premises, but I did not make use of these things so cannot comment on them. Any repair requests I had, special requests, or other issues that arose, were always handled efficiently, and in a reasonable amount of time. I found the staff here to be friendly, professional, and easy to talk with. I definitely recommend this complex. Thank you Kenny, Julia, and Olivia for helping to make my experience here a pleasant one!

For the price of apartments within the New Orleans area, this apartment complex was affordable and at a good value. However, the property is within an area that’s mostly cemented, yet there is a lot of greenery in the outside area immediately surrounding the apartments. That greenery is well-kept by contracted gardeners. The fitness center was almost impressive for an apartment complex. The staff was professional and courteous. The apartment had walk-in closets. There are vaulted ceilings on the third floor. There are washers and dryers included within the apartments. The amenities in this apartment complex were definitely nice around 2017. It wasn't perfect, but it was a good value for the price paid.

Home is here:) I recently moved here in October and I absolutely LOVE it! It’s clean, the staff is super friendly, and whenever you contact the office with an issue it’s resolved within 24 hours! (Unless it’s a weekend) The apartment itself is very spacious, a lot of natural sun light, Sunroom (which can be used for a cute office or baby play room) and a nice Garden Tub in the bathroom!!! (which is my favorite) I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because unfortunately parking is kind of sucky. There’s always a parking spot however some nights I have to park farther then I’d like to. Which is okay because the complex is super safe, however Id love to be able to come home and have a parking spot right in front of my building. Other than that I have zero complaints! I highly recommend this property!!!!

The primary reason we chose Clearwater Creek was good wheelchair accessibility. Our apartment was especially built with wide doorways and accessible appliances. The sidewalks are level with plenty of curb cuts. Management has been very responsive to the few issues that have arisen, having been here nearly 2years. Great dog park for our service dog, but needs some resodding due to heavy use. Update 9/15/20: Great recording and landscaping at dog park!
