4th year here at clearwater Creek so we decided to upgrade our home life. Love the bathroom, kitchen, and everything. Willie went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

For the price of apartments within the New Orleans area, this apartment complex was affordable and at a good value. However, the property is within an area that’s mostly cemented, yet there is a lot of greenery in the outside area immediately surrounding the apartments. That greenery is well-kept by contracted gardeners. I did see a few shingles falling off of the apartment complex in an an area or two. The fitness center was almost impressive for an apartment complex. (I understand it was little bit larger than most fitness centers at apartment complexes within the area.) The staff was professional and courteous. The apartment had walk-in closets. There were vaulted ceilings on the third floor. There were also washers and dryers within the apartments. The amenities in the apartment were nice. It wasn't perfect, but it was a good value for the price.

Home is here:) I recently moved here in October and I absolutely LOVE it! It’s clean, the staff is super friendly, and whenever you contact the office with an issue it’s resolved within 24 hours! (Unless it’s a weekend) The apartment itself is very spacious, a lot of natural sun light, Sunroom (which can be used for a cute office or baby play room) and a nice Garden Tub in the bathroom!!! (which is my favorite) I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because unfortunately parking is kind of sucky. There’s always a parking spot however some nights I have to park farther then I’d like to. Which is okay because the complex is super safe, however Id love to be able to come home and have a parking spot right in front of my building. Other than that I have zero complaints! I highly recommend this property!!!!

Persisting maintenance issues. The place is decent for the most part but I’ve had maintenance problems for over 3 months now that have yet to be fixed. Unacceptable.

The primary reason we chose Clearwater Creek was good wheelchair accessibility. Our apartment was especially built with wide doorways and accessible appliances. The sidewalks are level with plenty of curb cuts. Management has been very responsive to the few issues that have arisen, having been here nearly 2years. Great dog park for our service dog, but needs some resodding due to heavy use. Update 9/15/20: Great recording and landscaping at dog park!

As soon as I drove onto the property I felt like this was home. The office Staff: Matthew was Friendly and and very professional and made sure that I was happy. Allie is a gem. Very PATIENT KIND Professional and understanding. Nick rounds out the experience with professional, niceness and encouragement. I've lived here over a year and I have loved everyday here. You get what you pay for, so don't let the amount of the rent turn you away. The Superstars of the staff is maintenance!!! I call them The Same Day Crew. They always come within an hour of you reporting anything. Mr Brian is a super stand out and deserves to be recognized for all that he does. I see him go out of the way to help a senior citizen by taking her trash to the dumpster. Now this is major proof of great apartment living. My air conditioner went out 30 minutes before it was time for him to leave for the day. He came and checked my unit and determined that the motor needed to be replaced. He told me that he would come in the morning to replace it. He said its 95 degrees in your apartment and that he did not want me to suffer, so he put a portable unit in my window and was back at 9 am to repair the unit! How nice is that?!

Absolutely love it here! after 1 year of living here I've got to experience luxury apartment style living while enjoying the peacefulness of my apartment. My favorite feature here is the garden style tub and I admire Matthew excellent customer service, he always gets the job done! The maintenance guy (i think his name is Robert?) he is so friendly and nice! My experience here is going smooth here!

This is our first apartment experience in our life and I can say that Monique, Matthew and Mia has made this an AWESOME experience for my family. From our first visit we were welcome and felt at home. We chose the older apartments to get to know the area, before we buy a home. We can say they are well kept, the pool and ground area are very clean and neat. This is a very quiet area and pet friendly too. The maintenance guys are GREAT, Mr. Robert is very friendly and very sociable. You will be conveniently locate by everything you need and want. You name it it is less than a half mile away. We highly recommend these apartments and area. Again thanks you all for making this a wonderful experience!!!
