This place is okay. The walls are very thin so I hear everything , the gate is broken 90% of the time , the appliances are outdated, and there’s always random roaches or “water bugs”. Besides that it’s pretty standard for Louisiana. The office staff/ groundskeepers are the saving grace. 3/5

When I was apartment hunting, I looked at several places, and I can say that Crossings is one of the best I've seen so far. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. I felt like they went above and beyond in helping me decide if this was the right rental property for me, which speaks volumes against other places I visited. All In all, I really feel that the way the economy has been, and how everything is been so insanely expensive, the staff made me feel like it was more about meeting the tenant's needs over filling vacant apartments. 10 out of 10 in my book.
