Don’t move here, they have serious water heater issues and refuse to replace them. My water heater has broken over 5 times, the last time flooding my place. Both neighbors above me also had this happening. And guess whose apartment it flooded the worst? Mine, and no they didn’t clean these funky carpets either. So my entire house still stinks of mold and mildew, my things are ruined and no they do not care. They didn’t care the first 5 times when we told them, it really wasn’t until i became plain rude that they fixed it. Pools never open and there’s never parking because people run Air bnbs out of here and drunk idiots leave trash and glass everywhere. (Had to get a new tire)

My experience at the crossings was wonderful. They are very caring and concerned about their tenants. They make sure you are happy and satisfied tenants. I would recommend the crossings apartments to my family and friends.

When I was apartment hunting, I looked at several places, and I can say that Crossings is one of the best I've seen so far. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. I felt like they went above and beyond in helping me decide if this was the right rental property for me, which speaks volumes against other places I visited. All In all, I really feel that the way the economy has been, and how everything is been so insanely expensive, the staff made me feel like it was more about meeting the tenant's needs over filling vacant apartments. 10 out of 10 in my book.
