Shannon in particular has been incredibly empathetic to any issues I have brought to her attention and is always sure to take care of work orders with incredibly quick turnaround! I love living here, but I’m TERRIFIED to walk to my car. So many cars have been broken into including my mothers truck. You can see peoples cars windows smashed into and I think there should be better security.

I have been living at Cypress Creek apartments for about 3 years and the property is kept up well, any time you have a maintenance issue it is addressed in a timely manner. All of the staff are very friendly.

I've been living at Cypress Creek for a few months, and it's great. The office takes good care of you. Maintenance has been very quick, my AC broke and someone came in 30 minutes to fix it. I feel safe here, it's clean and quiet. Nice place to live.

So far I have enjoyed living here. It's quiet, the staff is very friendly especially Wendy and Jose. Any and all issues I have had were quickly addressed. Only thing I wonder about is the courtyard area. Will is be cut back enough to keep this mosquitoes at a minimum when the weather turns warm again.. time will tell

I love the area that this is located at and the management. Super friendly people at the office, always ready to help. Now, the apartments themselves are a bit old, but they have been nicely renovated. I had a pretty sizable list of things that needed to be fixed when I moved in, but the management quickly and efficiently took care of it all. Loving living here. Love the warm pool; very relaxing.

Loved living here! Sad my lease is up and I'm moving to another state. But it is a safe environment and close to everything you could need. Very easy access to Earhart Expressway and the Elmwood shopping center. A little pricey but worth it! Enjoyed the sunroom and 3 stairs leading to the bedrooms. Nice staff. Quiet neighborhood. Hoping to find another apartment complex like this. :)

I've lived here for 3 months and I enjoy the environment,it feels like a real neighborhood. The Creeks are quite large as far as communities go,but they have them divided into 3 separate properties. People play tennis,walk dogs,and kids play. The convenience of Elmwood Plaza is a plus,too. The only drawbackso are the inconsiderate residents that do not pick up after their dogs,when there's a damn dog park with bags on the property.

I've been living in Cypress Creek for almost 2 years now and I love it! The environment here is absolutely peaceful if I could describe it in one word. I rarely here any type of disturbances unless you count the sweet calming sound of water running through the creeks outside your window.<3 The scenery is beautiful and the neighbors are friendly and respectful. The office staff is also very friendly and are urgent about making you feel even more comfortable! If you're looking for a beautiful, peaceful and clean place to call home, Cypress Creek is it!

I am a new resident at Cypress Creek Apartments but so far, my experience has been a pleasant one. I relocated to New Orleans from Texas and had no way of coming to the city before I actually moved in. Brittny and Tamica were very helpful and accommodating in making the entire process as stress free as possible for me.
