Dawn and Marty are an excellent team. I trust Dawn with any questions I have. She answers them in a professional and kind manner and truly listens. She does not stop until the problem is solved or the resident or past resident or potential resident’s question has been answered. I’m so grateful to Dawn personally for her outstanding customer service, which reflects well on the company as well. It’s easy to refer to a place when I trust the people that run it/work there. Thank you!

I currently still live here. I love the location and how clean the complex is. Derrick is such a nice guy and even my doggie loves seeing him! I would recommend this place to anyone. There is always a waiting list because this place is just that awesome!!

This is a great place to live. The property manager and maintenance staff are friendly and professional. The apartments are very clean and very quiet. The grounds are always kept neat. The apartments are also centrally located and many shops, stores, and a gym are within walking distance. I highly recommend Falling Water to prospective renters. Great staff and great apartments in a very good location. Take the time to check out Falling Water yourself!!

My son moved there 2 1/2 years ago and regreted every minute. He said the walls are paper thin, you can hear your neighbor snoring at night. The land lord Diana Peters was a nightmare, always complaining about the least little things(and that was most of the younger tennants and even some of the older ones. They have work being done around the complex all of the time, no peace and quiet at all. He said asking to repair things was a waste of time, it never would get done. You would be 100% better off in some other apartments. He moved to another apartment complex near by and said the difference was like Heaven and Hell.
