Much thanks to Dwayne and his efforts in improving our apartment functions. The stove and AC needed some attention and he contacted his supervisor, Rolando, and together they expedited the repairs. Dwayne explained the situation and made every effort to correct all the equipments. Thank you Dwayne!

I’ve been at falling water for nearly 6 years now, and have seen my fair share of ups and downs. Coming here to say our new property manager Ashley is the BEST property manager we have had here the entire time we have lived at falling water. She’s extremely easy to talk to and gets back to you with urgency. She’s very understanding and works with any personal needs I have when it comes to maintenance. In the past I’ve almost avoided bringing issues up to management due to the lack of communication, but that isn’t an issue at all now that we have Ashley, we appreciate her so much!

I lived at this property for 3 years and Dawn and Marty were excellent my whole time there. They’re both approachable and take care of business immediately when an issue arises. I recently moved to Houston for a job and hope the next group of people I have to deal with are as great as Dawn and Marty. It was a Great experience!!!

I currently still live here. I love the location and how clean the complex is. Derrick is such a nice guy and even my doggie loves seeing him! I would recommend this place to anyone. There is always a waiting list because this place is just that awesome!!

This is a great place to live. The property manager and maintenance staff are friendly and professional. The apartments are very clean and very quiet. The grounds are always kept neat. The apartments are also centrally located and many shops, stores, and a gym are within walking distance. I highly recommend Falling Water to prospective renters. Great staff and great apartments in a very good location. Take the time to check out Falling Water yourself!!
