To the Entire Staff at Palmetto Creek, Thanks to everyone for all you have done for me at Palmetto Creek in the past 13.5 years. Never did I dream I would be in the apartment this long. I felt safe, everything was always so clean, and everyone so professional and friendly. Mark - have to say how wonderful Mark is. I have never seen someone work as hard as he does. Mark makes you feel you are the only tenant in the complex because he never complains. He just gets the work done and with expertise. I will miss Mark working miracles to get me a dryer or get my AC fixed. Mark is awesome. Oscar - is the most friendly gentleman always working with a smile. He works just as hard. One minute I see him in the front and the next he is way over in the back. How he gets it all done and so perfectly...I don't know. I think Oscar never went home when all the kitchens and bathrooms were being renovated. Oscar is truly awesome! Tonya - always so professional! Tonya has answered every call I have ever made and made sure things were done in a timely manner. Always so friendly.....listened and responded to any issue that I may have had. Very Awesome! Eilleen - I don't know how Eilleen answers so many calls in one day. And makes so many calls with reminders such as pest control. Eilleen has always been so pleasant and makes sure work orders get done. She stays on top of things! Very awesome! Time to move on! I will miss everyone and wish everyone the Best! Sincerely, Gina

I've been living at Palmetto Creek Apartments for 5 and a half years, and I've absolutely loved it! My apartment is spacious and well-maintained, with plenty of natural light. The community itself is quiet, friendly, and really gorgeous, and the staff is always helpful and responsive to any requests. The location is perfect for me, with easy access to shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, and great schools. I would definitely recommend Palmetto Creek Apartments to anyone looking for a nice place to call home.

We have been living here for over 15 years. They truly create a feeling of comfort. The maintenance, Oscar & Mark are excellent. The office staff (Tanya, Brandi, Aileen) are always extremely helpful. The manager Tanya is superb! The grounds are always well kept. Palmetto Creek has been a great place to live.

We have been residents for 6 years and truly enjoyed every moment. The staff is extremely helpful and always professional. Tayna is an amazing manager who leads a wonderful team. Both Mark and Oscar are always there in a hurry to fix anything and let’s not forget the ladies in the office Brandi and Eline. They are all hard workers and make living here a very pleasant experience!

I just recently moved away but when I tell you the apartments were everything, so nice and spacious, the granite really added on to how beautiful it was. Tonya and Brandy are truly the best leasing agents around and all the neighbors were so nice and kind! Go check them out. I also felt 100% safe which was a plus.

Mr. Marc is great!! Super friendly, efficient, and quick!! We were having air conditioning issues in our apartment. I told the leasing office I’d be home but ending up stepping out for a moment. By the time I came back, he had come in, fixed the A/C & left. We completely missed each other lol

My experience at Palmetto Creek has been good! I’ve been staying here for almost a year now & I haven’t had many problems. The little minor problems that do occur (maintenance for example) usually get fixed within the next 24 or so! They are very flexible with you and the apartment looks just like the pictures!

I have been impressed by the outstanding customer service provided by the management team at Palmetto. Every time we have a maintenance issue they are quick to respond and always go above and beyond. It's refreshing to live in a community where the management loves and cares so deeply about the well-being of its residents. Palmetto is hands down our home!

We’ve been tenants for nine plus years and we’ve loved our experience at Palmetto Creek. The property is maintained extremely well with upgrades done regularly. For example, new countertops were recently installed. When maintenance is required it’s handled quickly and professionally. Service tech Mark does outstanding work and fixes any work order without any issues. The office staff, lead by Tonya, is friendly and follows up on any requests personally. Eileen is a favorite of ours as she is always so helpful with any questions or requests that we may have. Palmetto Creek is a safe and comfortable environment and considering how well it’s run on a daily basis, it’s a great value as well.

Lived here for 2 years and loved it. Great apartment layouts and 3/4 very helpful staff. Mark is an awesome guy and handyman, very trustworthy and can fix almost any issue you have quickly. Adrienne has always been one of my favorite people there, super helpful and fun to talk to. I would ask to speak with her almost every time I called because she’s quick, informative, and a great listener. Tonya is a great manager and all my experiences with her have been 10/10. And there’s Aline Bryant, who I see most other people have already commented about. She’s sweet and means well, but can come off very rude and condescending at times. If you’re reading this Aline, thanks for the help (at times) but please try to work on your listening skills and comments that you say. They don’t always come across as you mean them. Staff aside, I didn’t deal with the deposit issues and charges that other people have experienced so I can’t really speak on that. Tonya was very helpful and understanding during our final walkthrough, but as with any apartment you should fill out every detail on your pre move-in sheet to avoid probs with that. Beautiful pool area and property in general. I’d move here again, but not to the 3rd floor since there’s no garbage chutes. Thanks for everything guys! Especially Adrienne and Mike Brandon Badeaux

My wife and I were lucky to have found this place and spent a wonderful year here before moving out of state for work reasons. Adrienne, Alene & Tanya at the Lease Office are incredibly kind, sincere, funny, and really do put in the time to make sure the residents there are happy and are taken care of. The maintenance crew and groundskeeper make sure that the entire complex is functioning correctly and stays looking gorgeous year-round. Mark is exceptionally good at what he does and is always quick to show up to fix whatever may be broken. The apartments are beautiful, the majority of neighbors are kind & thoughtful, and the staff is absolutely top notch. Give the place a look and meet the people, you’ll fall in love! All that being said, we could only find one possible downside of living at Palmetto Creek Apartments, and it is completely out of the hands of the staff, and they bare no fault of it. ‘It’ being the smell, it comes once or twice a week from the nearby water treatment facility. Honestly, if you have your windows closed you won’t smell a thing. However, you will smell it on your way out to your car. This was an unwelcomed surprise to us, but it can be bearable if you’re not too sensitive to it. We hope you have as great a time living there as we did, best of luck!
