Touring the Sugarmill East was easily the best apartment tour I've ever had. The floor plan was big, very clean, and the staff was extremely warm and welcoming; especially a woman named Stephanie! I unfortunately could not move in due to some personal reasons, but I'm positive this place would have made an amazing home. I highly encourage anyone to take a tour!

Visited a friend who lives there. It's fairly standard for the area. A little run down, but still nice. My friend's apartment is nice, but small. The only drawback is the kitchen, which is very, very cramped. According to my friend, repair/maintenance is a bit lackluster, but the grounds were well planned.
