I have lived in a Studio Apartment at Sugarmill West Apartments since March 2017. I love living here! My apartment is clean, spacious and has a wonderful stackable washer and dryer. So great to have a washer and dryer in my own home. Maintenance has been great. When I've called for a repair of any kind (which hasn't been often) they respond quickly and are courteous. I like the office staff. They have been kind and very helpful. Sydney is wonderful and I've seen where people have made negative comments about our Manager, Brenda, but she has been great with me. I highly recommend Sugarmill West Apartments for anyone who wants a nice, comfortable place to live!

Sad to say that I’m leaving Sugar Mill West apartments to be closer to work & school. I really loved living here, it was by far the best apartments I’ve lived in. Never had any issues. Office ladies are super kind & helpful. Property is very well taken care of. What I love most about 1st lakes is every unit has a washer/dryer EVEN if it’s a studio. Love love love, I would definitely recommend.

Office staff, is great. The property is well maintained, and it has a lake. 2 stations with poop bags for your dog, which is really nice. Quiet, and safe.

Moving in Saturday with the help of the amazing Miss Bessy! all of the staff at Sugarmill West are hospitable, helpful, and so genuine! It was my first time doing this apartment thing on my own and the entire team was there for me every step of the way! They genuinely care about finding a home to suit your needs and make it a great, exciting experience. Good customer service is so rare these days.... Sugarmill West is bringing that and more to the table! Very affordable apartment homes... very nice for first time renters or college students. Also the private fishing pond and little creeks winding around the premises are nice aesthetic touches! So excited to call Sugarmill West my home.

The apartment overall is great staff is great but I really wish I had rethought living so darn close to the airport the planes DON"T STOP I have not gotten a full Nights sleep since moving in and I have lived here almost a year the planes are so loud and fly so low you can feel the rumble as they pass I wish someone had written this review before I had I would have totally chosen a different apartment LIGHT SLEEPERS BEWARE
