Very supportive team in the leasing office, handles the few minor issues that I’ve had while enjoying my stay extremely quickly. Nice neighborhood, quiet no issues and really family oriented atmosphere. I’d definitely recommend Sugar Mill West to anyone who’s looking to move in Kenner.

Coreie is 100% the reason I chose to live here. Her enthusiasm for the property initially perked my interest, then her genuine inquiries about what I was looking for in an apartment is what sold me. I told her I was looking for somewhere peaceful, but close to everything I’d need. She guessed I would immediately love the location and she was right! The front staff was amazing throughout my move-in process. I would 100% recommend living here to a friend!

I have lived in a Studio Apartment at Sugarmill West Apartments since March 2017. I love living here! My apartment is clean, spacious and has a wonderful stackable washer and dryer. So great to have a washer and dryer in my own home. Maintenance has been great. When I've called for a repair of any kind (which hasn't been often) they respond quickly and are courteous. I like the office staff. They have been kind and very helpful. Sydney is wonderful and I've seen where people have made negative comments about our Manager, Brenda, but she has been great with me. I highly recommend Sugarmill West Apartments for anyone who wants a nice, comfortable place to live!

Sad to say that I’m leaving Sugar Mill West apartments to be closer to work & school. I really loved living here, it was by far the best apartments I’ve lived in. Never had any issues. Office ladies are super kind & helpful. Property is very well taken care of. What I love most about 1st lakes is every unit has a washer/dryer EVEN if it’s a studio. Love love love, I would definitely recommend.
