From the moment you drive onto the property, you can see the pride and care that goes into keeping this community beautiful and welcoming. The cleanliness and upkeep of the apartments and common areas are top-notch. Hallways are always spotless, the laundry areas are well-maintained, and everything feels fresh and cared for. It gives you peace of mind knowing that the staff really pays attention to details. I also want to highlight the groundskeeper who does such a great job keeping the property looking sharp. The grass is neatly cut, the landscaping always looks nice, and there’s never trash lying around. It may seem like small things, but it makes such a huge difference when you come home every day to a clean, well-kept environment. You can tell the effort that goes into making the grounds look great, and it doesn’t go unnoticed. On top of that, the two new ladies on staff have been such a wonderful addition to the team. They’re professional, helpful, and kindhearted. They greet you with a smile, answer questions with patience, and make you feel like your concerns truly matter. Their energy has brought a fresh, positive vibe to the community, and I really appreciate how approachable they are. Overall, the staff at Windmill Creek—management, maintenance, and the groundskeeper—deserve credit for creating a safe, clean, and comfortable place to live. They’re incredibly friendly, always available to answer questions, and truly go the extra mile to help you settle in. The maintenance man here is outstanding—every request I’ve made has been addressed promptly and professionally. He clearly takes pride in his work and ensures that everything is in top-notch condition. The community areas are immaculate. The pool is always crystal-clear and well-maintained, providing a perfect place to relax on a sunny day. The parking lot is kept neat, well-lit, and easy to navigate. Tour-only review: I popped in on a Saturday afternoon and met with Ms Aaron. She was so sweet and accommodating! I appreciated the effort she put into making sure all of my questions were answered and all available options were discussed with me. If I lease here and I have additional info to add, I’ll do so. So happy with Windmill Creek North Apartments and Ms. Aaron in particular. I carefully researched 3 highly recommended apartments in the neighborhood before choosing Windmill Creek North Apartments . Ms. Aaron was extremely well prepared with detailed about all the information I needed when getting my apartment and well reasoned with giving advice. I thought Windmill Creek North Apartments would be somewhat out of by budget, but Ms. Aaron helped pick the best apartment that will work for me. I can't imagine using anyone else after this experience.
