I've lived her over 4 years and the upkeep of the property is great. The staff works fast to address any needs within my unit. The upkeep and improvements to the property makes the experience of living here good. And the office staff is great at answering questions, assisting and getting work orders completed and listens to your needs.

From the moment she arrived, this place truly started to feel like home again. She has such a genuine spirit — the kind of person who doesn’t just do her job but lives it with heart, care, and grace. Every time I walk into the office, she greets me with a smile that instantly brightens my day. No matter what the issue is, big or small, she listens, takes action, and always makes sure things are handled. You can feel that she cares deeply about the residents and wants everyone here to feel safe, respected, and at peace. That kind of dedication is rare, and it deserves to be recognized. I can honestly say that because of Miss Cassandra, I feel safe, heard, and valued as a resident. I’ve had a great experience working with Kassandra Perrin at Windmill Creek North. She is consistently professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. North Windmill Creek has been a great place to live. The apartments and common areas are always clean and well-kept, which really makes a difference. I was having issues with my ceiling fan, and the maintenance man handled it quickly and professionally—no hassle at all. They installed a brand-new ceiling fan, and it looks really nice. Both managers are amazing—friendly, approachable, and truly caring. You can tell they take pride in the property and in the people who live here. Overall, it’s a clean, well-managed community with excellent service. Highly recommend.
