Duties and Qualifications

You will respond to service calls for HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repairs in a friendly, courteous and expedient manner; and, you prepare apartments for new resident move-ins.

Qualified applicants will be EPA certified (we can test and certify you if needed) and will have tools, reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license.
