We are Looking for the 1st Lake Pet of the Month!

Calling all residents of 1st Lake Properties communities! Our Pet of the Month contest continues in 2025, and we’re excited to feature even more purr-fect pets.

Each month in 2025, one lucky pet will be randomly selected as the 1st Lake Properties Pet of the Month. To participate, simply complete the form below with details about your pet for a chance to win.

*Please note: If you submitted your pet in 2024, a new submission is required for 2025.

Monthly winners will be contacted by their on-site management and featured on our social media pages and website. Winners will also receive a special gift from our sponsors, and their pet’s photo will be displayed in their community’s leasing office. To see who won, follow along on our social media pages!

How to Enter

Entering your pet is easy! You must be a current resident at a 1st Lake Properties Community. Simply fill out the form below, providing details about your pet. The leaseholder’s name and community must be listed on the form as listed on their lease agreement. Pets must be listed on the apartment’s pet lease in order to qualify. The pet’s name, image, information as well as the leaseholder’s first name and community will be featured on the social media post.  

Once you have entered your pet, you do not need to enter again in 2025. Only one submission per pet is allowed.

Rules & Exclusions

Participation is limited to current 1st Lake Properties residents. Pet must be listed on the apartment’s pet lease. Ensure the submission form is fully completed for eligibility. The leaseholder’s name and community must be on the form as listed on the lease.  Other conditions may apply.
