We are Looking for the 1st Lake Pet of the Month!

All residents of a 1st Lake Properties community are invited to participate in the Pet of the Month contest. 

Each month in 2024, one pet will be randomly selected and featured as the 1st Lake Properties Pet of The Month. Complete the form below with details about your pet for a chance to win.  One winner, each month will be contacted and will be featured on the 1st Lake Properties social pages and website. The winner will also receive a special gift from our sponsors, and their pets picture will be displayed in their community’s leasing offices. To see who won, follow along on our social media pages.

How to Enter

Entering your pet is easy! You must be a current resident at a 1st Lake Properties Community. Simply fill out the form below, providing details about your pet. The leaseholder’s name and community must be listed on the form as listed on their lease agreement. Pets must be listed on the apartment’s pet lease in order to qualify. The pet’s name, image, information as well as the leaseholder’s first name and community will be featured on the social media post.  

Once you have entered your pet, you do not need to enter again in 2024. Only one submission per pet is allowed.

Rules & Exclusions

Participation is limited to current 1st Lake Properties residents. Pet must be listed on the apartment’s pet lease. Ensure the submission form is fully completed for eligibility. The leaseholder’s name and community must be on the form as listed on the lease.  Other conditions may apply.

Resident: Chelsea Z. Community: Willow Creek Pet’s Age: 12 years old Breed: Pomeranian Fun Facts: Riley is spunky and can run laps around other pups. She is adamant about joining her human at work most days and has become a top greeter/salesperson there. More people return to see her than any of the humans.
