The Resident Rewards Program has been in place for over 10 years. As one of our partners, you will have access to industry-exclusive, free, online exposure to more than 30,000 prospective customers. At each of our 72 apartment communities, your businesses’ logo and the discount will be displayed in the leasing office for all prospective residents to see. Current residents will be able to access the offers through our online resident portal. Each month, select businesses will be highlighted across all 1st Lake Properties Social Media platforms with the possibility of reaching over 17,000 followers across our Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and LinkedIn pages. In addition, our 30,000+ residents will receive a monthly email that links to the resident portal, and also features the select businesses of the month.
