On August 28, 2025, 1st Lake Properties proudly celebrated the grand opening of Alluvia Apartment Homes in Kenner, LA. Guests enjoyed guided tours of the luxury apartment homes, live music, food and drinks, and a ribbon-cutting with the Jefferson Chamber of Commerce.

The Alluvia grand opening was an exciting milestone for 1st Lake Properties and the Kenner community. The evening brought together community members and local partners to experience all that Alluvia has to offer and to celebrate the opening of 260 new apartment homes in the area.

Guests explored the one and two bedroom apartment homes during guided tours, viewing features like gourmet kitchens, spa-inspired bathrooms, and modern smart-home technology, along with resort-style amenities such as a swimming pool, fitness center, yoga studio, and more. The evening also featured live music from Kenner Discovery Health Sciences Academy, catering from Patton’s Fine Foods and Catering, and a grazing table from Tookies NOLA.

A highlight of the evening was a champagne toast followed by the ribbon-cutting with the Jefferson Chamber of Commerce, officially marking the opening of Alluvia Apartment Homes in Kenner, LA.
